All About Balance

There’s still time to place your 200 PV order and get three oils free! Last week I did a profile on the massage blend AromaTouch®. This week I am profiling the blend Balance®.

Balance®

The Balance® blend includes:

  • Spruce: grounds the body, releases emotional blocks
  • Ho Wood: soothing to the skin, appeasing to the mind, relaxing to the body creating peace and gentleness
  • Blue Tansy: cleanses the liver, promotes a feeling of self-control
  • Frankincense: can help oxygenate the pineal and pituitary glands
  • German (Blue) Chamomile: soothing to the muscles and joints, eases nervous tension and eliminates emotional tension
  • Osmanthus: helps with concentration and focus

“If you can’t afford any other oils, this is the ONE oil everyone needs to invest in.”

Dr. Hill

I love this oil! I use it in combination with the restful blend, Serenity®. I have these two oils mixed with some fractionated coconut oil in a roller ball that I keep in my purse at all times. Any time I feel my anxiety start to come on, I will roll this blend on my wrists or the back of my neck. It can also be used as a perfume! I recently purchased the deodorant made with this blend as well. I love the smell, how it feels when I apply it and how it lasts throughout the day.

Use this blend proactively each morning and throughout the day to help manage stress, a racing brain, anxiety, tight muscles and to balance yourself emotionally, mentally and physically! Apply to the bottoms of the feet, concentrating on the big toe as it is a reflexology trigger for the brain.

If you’re interested in the science behind this blend, watch this video by Dr. Hill. It compares a sample of red blood cells before and 30 seconds after the application of ONE drop of Balance® on the bottom of the individual’s feet. Notice how clumped together the cells are in the first sample compared to the second. How amazing!
