The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer program stresses the need to correct postural imbalances in the body before focusing on building strength. As Jordynn was studying for this certification, she practiced writing and following her own programming. She completed a 4-week program that emphasized stabilization throughout the body. See the before and after pictures below to notice the changes in her posture and body composition. While weight loss was a goal, it was not what she concentrated on.

Since completing the first 4-week program, she has continued writing and following her own programming. This has allowed her to not only become more familiar with her own body but has also helped her grow as a personal trainer. Jordynn is an avid student with a commitment to continued learning.

If you decide to share pictures with her, please take 3 pictures (front, side and back view – see above pictures) in fitted clothing such as underwear/shorts & sports bra or a swim suit. Your privacy is respected and these pictures will be kept confidential unless you give permission to share them for marketing purposes.
