While group classes are a great way to practice regularly, there is nothing more personalized than private yoga sessions. These sessions can be done one-on-one or in a small group. You decide what you would like to focus on, where we meet and when. There are various reasons to schedule a private session:

  • You are new to yoga and want a basic understanding of the practice before joining a group class
  • You have just been cleared by your doctor post injury and want help to rebuild strength, mobility, flexibility, etc.
  • There is a specific yoga pose you would like to learn how to do
  • Your schedule is busy and/or you have high stress and need some “me” time
  • You have a special group event such as a bachelorette party, girls day out, etc.

Once you have submitted the information below, Jordynn will contact you to set up your private session(s) and collect payment.
